As for the coaching aspect… it took me awhile to connect those dots.  It wasn’t until I turned 30 that I realized that being in service this way was my other “calling”.  When I wasn’t being asked for beauty tips, it was life advice that people wanted.  Be it friends, clients, co-workers,  strangers on the street or my mother, people were constantly opening their hearts to me and wanting help.  "Why me?"I thought.  I believe it's because I've been blessed with an unyielding passion and curiosity for people and for life.   Somehow those ingredients have a magical way of coming together to form good, practical questions.  Questions that when asked, open doors, not only to the heart but to new ways of living! 

After a year of trying to chose between cutting or coaching, I finally got the joke.  I was made to do both…sometimes simultaneously.  

I’ve been an avid student in the field of well-being and spirituality for as long as I can remember, earning my Bachelor of  Metaphysics degree from the Holistic Institute of Theology as well as receiving formal coach training from The Coach Training Alliance and Onecoach organizations.  I’ve also acquired over 25 years of Business training by scaling  virtually every rung on the business ladder from customer service, sales, marketing, product design, training and management to over 10 years as a successful  entrepreneur.  

 My current work as a coach consists of leading classes, individual sessions, group coaching in various forms, as well as reaching out in writing through a number of publications throughout California.
