How is Soul Coaching different from regular coaching?
Regular coaching is concerned with outer goals where soul-coaching starts with the core and works it's way out.
Why is it important to start from the inside out?
Anything that you create that’s not in alignment with your soul is not going to feel fulfilling even if it's successful. It's like building a house on a foundation of sand or rearranging the furniture in a burning building.
The difference between soul coaching & therapy is that we aren’t going back & trying to figure out the why—we are bringing choice into the present moment in order to move forward effectively.
Most people would listen to their Soul if they could tell the difference between it's voice and all the other chatter that's all around them.. I teach people how the Soul communicates with them.... What it sounds like, looks like and feels like. and help them see where they're guidance is currently serving them so that they build trust in following it more often.
Why coaching instead of a book or workshop?
A Coach can look at your life from a detached perspective and because of that, is able to see blindspots that you can't. When you’re stuck & don’t know how to proceed, I can be a mirror for you. to help identify the conditioned thinking & stories that are keeping you from what you want. As a Soul coach specifically, I can assist you in interpreting your Soul's messages to you.
Soul Coaching is the art of aligning one’s inner life (passions, strengths and talents), with their outer life (the results they see around them). In order for this to occur you must come back to yourself, the person you are at a Soul level.
Soul Coaching:
• Re-connects you to the interests, passions, and gifts you were born with in order to ignite positive change.
• Clears away the conditioned mental, emotional and physical clutter that is not “yours” in order to create a life that is!!
• Reveals the blindspots that act as obstacles to what you want. Awareness is the key because you can't fight an enemy you can’t see??
